To set the default WINIO@ font to Windows 95 font (Windows 95 only). |

Description |
If this routine is called, by default all WINIO@ dialogs will use the Windows 95 font where available. This is equivalent to placing %`sf at the front of each WINIO@ string and adding a grave accent to every existing %sf (Standard Font) format. |
