Language extensions

The list of extensions below is only available the /ISO compiler option has not been specified. This is a subset of the FTN77 Fortran extensions as some FTN77 extensions are now part of the Fortran 95 standard (e.g. B, O and Z format descriptors) or are due to be incorporated into a future Fortran standard (e.g. conditional compilation).
